Service Technician I & II

Job Summary:

The Trade Show Display Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and disassembly of trade show displays and exhibits. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced trade show environment.  This is an IN-OFFICE position, NOT REMOTE.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • – Expertly assemble, install, and disassemble a variety of trade show display structures, including modular panel systems, banner stands, pop-up displays, and custom exhibits.
  • – Safely handle and transport trade show display equipment and materials.
  • – Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with trade show displays.
  • – Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure successful on-site execution of client trade show exhibits.
  • – Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked trade show equipment storage area.
  • – Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling trade show equipment.
  • – Provide excellent customer service to clients on the trade show floor.
  • – Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in trade show display technologies and techniques.
  • – Assist with the loading and unloading of trade show materials from vehicles.
  • – Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • – High school diploma or equivalent
  • – 1-3 years of experience in trade show, event, or exhibit installation preferred
  • – Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • – Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions
  • – Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools
  • – Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints
  • – Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • – Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
  • – Flexible schedule to accommodate trade show schedules, including infrequent weekends and evenings
  • – comfort working on ladders and/or scissor lift
  • – forklift experience or certification a plus
  • – Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Sales Support Administrator

Job Summary:

The Trade Show Industry Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and sales support for the company’s trade show and event services. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, effective customer service, and efficient sales processes.  This is an IN-OFFICE position, NOT REMOTE.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • – Manage the sales pipeline, including tracking leads, scheduling client meetings, and preparing sales proposals and contracts.
  • – Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and installation of trade show exhibits and services.
  • – Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues, providing excellent customer service.
  • – Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales data in the company’s CRM system.
  • – Assist with the development and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and trade show booth designs.
  • – Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • – Provide administrative support, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • – Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs to support the sales process.
  • – Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the trade show services business.

Qualifications:

  • – Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • – 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the trade show or event industry
  • – Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

The Trade Show Industry Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, coordination, and execution of trade show and event projects from start to finish. This role requires exceptional project management skills, industry expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results for clients.  This is an IN-OFFICE position, NOT REMOTE.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • – Manage the full project lifecycle for trade show and event programs, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
  • – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • – Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and contingency strategies to ensure seamless execution.
  • – Coordinate the activities of various internal teams, such as design, production, logistics, and on-site staff, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • – Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or challenges, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
  • – Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • – Collaborate with the sales team to develop winning proposals and respond to client RFPs.
  • – Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve the company’s trade show and event services.

Job Summary:

The Entry-Level Trade Show Industry Sales Representative is responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and building relationships with potential clients in the trade show and events industry. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop sales skills while learning about the dynamic trade show market.  We provide the training on products, software, and sales skills.   This is a long-term learning project.  We are looking for a candidate who can learn and absorb a lot of material for a long-term gain.  Personal drive, positive attitude and thick skin may be needed.  This is an IN-OFFICE position, NOT REMOTE.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • – Identify and research potential clients in the trade show and events industry, including exhibitors, event organizers, and industry associations.
